You-name-it translates from English, Swedish and Danish into Norwegian. All translations are carried out using native speakers, and our speciallities are localisation services, technical and marketing related texts.

Quality is assured using the latest translation software available, Trados and Wordfast along with MS Word. These tools are not machine translation related, but tools to help the translator deliver better work with more consistant terminology. The software helps to meet the demands of the customer, and a strict professional approach is upheld at all stages of projects.

· Fluent English, Norwegian mother tongue.
· Freelance translator since 1999 with many large domestic and foreign companies, covering topics mentioned above. Worked at Telenor from January 2000 to May 2001 (The Norwegian "BT") using advanced CRM software.
· BA International Marketing. English culture and language studies both in Norway and England, specialised in English language and culture, export marketing, product development, sales management and EC Law.
· Translated manuals and web content used by HP, Xerox, Canon, Ricoh and other large companies.
· Localised web sites into Norwegian. Examples: The Norwegian Victory Challenge website, and Urverket.no.
· Collaboration with experts (such as consultant engineers and managers in pharmaceutical companies).

Rates and capacity:
· Full time translator. I charge 0 % VAT according to Norwegian tax laws when invoicing customers outside of Norway.
